Returns/Refunds on Universal fit merchandise may be issued provided you meet the following criteria.
- You must obtain a return authorization number from the shipping department.
- The seat covers must be in resalable condition. ( no soil, wear, or damage)
- You are responsible for shipping charges.
Full Custom fit, and Custom fit seat covers may be returned for repair only.
Refunds are not available due to the fact that they have been manufactured to fit your specific year, make, model, fabric, and color of your choice. We simply cannot resale them.

The workmanship and materials of our products are warranted to be free of defects for one year from date of purchase.
